Terms and Conditions – b999game Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and b999game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). b999game operates as an online betting and gaming platform serving players in Pakistan, offering cricket betting, PSL markets, casino games, live card games, crash games and esports betting.

By registering an account at b999game, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use b999game.

These Terms should be read alongside the b999game Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and b999game. In cases of conflict between these documents, the Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Any account found to belong to an underage player will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the deposit method used.

Each eligible individual may register one account only at b999game. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and confirmed only when b999game has issued a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Unconfirmed bets are not binding on b999game.
• Minimum Bet: Rs 100 per selection across all markets.
• Maximum Bet: Varies by market, match importance and account tier. Maximum limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed at the time you initiate a bet may change before you confirm. b999game will notify you of any odds change before final confirmation. You may choose to accept or reject the revised odds.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to short delays to manage integrity. Once accepted and confirmed, in-play bets cannot be amended or cancelled except through the cash-out feature where available.
• Abandoned Matches: If a match is abandoned without an official result, all pre-match bets on the match winner are void and stakes returned. Markets already fully settled before abandonment stand.
• Rain and DLS (Cricket): If a cricket match produces an official result via DLS method, all match winner bets settle on that official result. If no official result is declared, bets are void.
• Obvious Errors: b999game reserves the right to void bets that were offered or accepted due to obvious pricing errors, technical faults or data feed failures — regardless of whether those bets have already been settled.

The following rules apply to all casino games, live dealer tables, card games and crash games at b999game.

• All casino games at b999game use certified random number generation (RNG) from internationally licensed software providers. RTP percentages are published for each game.
• Live dealer games (Teen Patti Live, Andar Bahar, Baccarat) are streamed in real time. Technical disruptions during a live hand are managed according to the individual game provider's rules, which are available in the live lobby.
• Crash games — including Aviator and JetX — use provably fair algorithms. Game round results are determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by player actions.
• In the event of a confirmed technical fault during a game round at b999game, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts.

• Placing bets using funds that are known or suspected to be proceeds of criminal activity.

b999game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or at a player's own request.

• Player-requested closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting b999game support. Any genuine pending balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification.
• Suspension for investigation: Where b999game suspects a breach of these Terms, the account will be suspended pending investigation. Access to withdrawals will be restricted during this period.
• Permanent closure: Accounts confirmed to have breached these Terms may be permanently closed. Balances associated with confirmed fraudulent activity or bonus abuse are subject to forfeiture.
